Kieran received his doctorate in Engineering at the University of Limerick and has successfully built companies in the fields of cell and molecular biology. Kieran is the founder and owner of Curran Scientific and served as CEO of GenCell Biosystems and Anucell.

John received his doctorate in Engineering at the University of Limerick and has spent a majority of his career developing and implementing microfluidic molecular biology instruments. John has served as CTO and CEO with several

start-up and large companies including Stokes Bio, GenCell Biosystems, BD, Anucell, and Curran Scientific.

Pat Sullivan
Founder and VP - R&D

Pat is a life sciences and molecular technologies executive with 30+ years of experience. He has served in various senior leadership and research positions at Incyte Genomics, Pfizer, Monsanto, and MilliporeSigma. He last served as VP R&D at MilliporeSigma, responsible for the development of new gene editing tools and new viral vector manufacturing processes.

Bryan Witherbee
Founder

Bryan has a career that has spanned scientific, business development, and senior leadership positions in large research institutions and early-stage startups in ag biotech, pharma, and life science technologies. He brings many years of experience, with a successful track record in developing and commercializing new technologies, including PCR and sequencing workflows, reagents, and instruments at Pfizer, Monsanto, GenCell Biosystems, and BD.

Scott Weigel
Founder and VP - Sales

Scott is a proven and trusted Agricultural technologies and reagents sales professional. Previously, Scott owned and served as CCO for Agriplex Genomics, driving the company to success in the targeted GBS market. Prior to Agriplex Genomics he was responsible for bringing the KASP technology to market in North and South America as sales director for Kbioscience and later LGC Genomics. As a partner at Ferris Genomics, Scott will focus on commercialization of our AMRA technology, to help customers navigate new workflows like skim sequencing with imputation to empower predictive breeding pipelines.
